It's always a pleasure to go to Kentucky botanical. The employees are very pleasant, professional and full of information. Plus they are genuinely interested in carrying on a conversation. I can't say enough about this store and employees.

Stopped in to buy a gift for a friend. Experienced such lovely service while I was in the store. Everything was explained to me very well and was able to get a sense of the type of product I wanted to purchase. Highly recommend - they even have laundry soap! Thanks for being wonderful!
